Allard Should Be Moved, Gibson Sounds Like He Has Been Moved and Schenkel Needs to be moved

Hounds Building a Core for a Serious Run Next Year

Whether or not the Hounds make the playoffs this year is irrelevant. They will not go far; yes, the extra two games at the GFL will bring in some coin, but that is it. Within the next 6 days you will see what I think should happen. Whether it happens or not is up to John Dean and Kyle Raftis.

Andrew Gibson gets moved to a contender for two players that can go straight into the lineup. They would be 17 or 18 years of age.  Owen Allard gets moved for picks and a player to insert immediately into the lineup as well. Charlie Schenkel gets dealt to a contender for a lot of draft picks. Charlie is one of the best goalies in the league. He has been in a pickle these past few years here in the Soo. The Hounds will replace him in net with a young kid from the Cornwall Blues if that rumor turns out to be true.

Kyle is going to be build championship team right now. The Hounds have been plagued by injury with Brady, Evans, and Brown being out for many games this year. They are A grade players and with a few new rising talented kids added to the lineup this team will once again rise to the TOP.

With my Flu bug from Hell nearly behind me…this is going to be a great week to watch the Soo Greyhounds roster movements.
